Internet entertainment service provider Netflix has announced the production of its first original Arabic series titled Jinn.

Review on Netflix Announces First Original Arabic Series
The series, which will be filmed in Jordan, will feature Middle Eastern cast and production crew. This supernatural fantasy adventure is spearheaded by Lebanese director Mir-Jean Bou Chaaya and Jordanian screenwriter, Bassel Ghandour. Ghandour wrote the Oscar-nominated film Theeb, which was released in 2014.The six-episode series is expected to be released to all Netflix members in 2019.
