Review on MBD Books

MBD is the only publishing house in India with complete backward and forward integration, right from self-owned paper manufacturing unit to in-house pre-press facilities, in-house printing and binding units, and its own distribution network with more than 37 branch offices across India. Starting with a single bookshop, the Group has now become India's leading publishing house. The group has also initiated ventures across the globe with the launch of its first publishing branch in Cape Town (South Africa). MBD is the only Indian-origin publisher to be included in the National Catalogue of South Africa. It is the only publishing house which publishes books for all classes, all subjects, all the educational boards in India and also in a few international languages. MBD also prints books for technical subjects and children's books under various imprints, popular in India and abroad. It prints more than 5,00,000 books a day. The MBD Group has eight state-of-the-art printing presses for printing quality books in various colours, configurations and sizes. MBD is the largest printer in northern India in terms of rated and certified production capacity.
