Review on List Building Reference Guide

Over time the internet has provided different methods of traffic builders and traffic building. Among these proven traffic builders is one called the opt-in list builder. This opt-in list builder would be designed to get people to submit their information and become a voluntary member of the list. Thus, the name opt-in. This list would then allow the creator the ability to contact the members about various online internet opportunities.

One of the ingredients for success using the opt in list builder is an autoresponder where the individual can usually find some ready made templetes to use and set up the opt-in page. That page usually will have an entry location for name and email address for the individual that is responding to the message on the opt-in page. A good example for a message on the opt-in page would be to offer an enticement to enter there information such as "Get My Free Report On How To Create A Huge List And Create Your Online Success". There a many good autoresponders on the internet and some are free to use and some have free trial offers.

The following link is an example of an opt in page: http://shortquik.com/trafficwave/lcp/

I use the above link to get subscribers to opt-in and receive my follow up email letters.

The idea is to enter some email letters into the autoresponder describing the opportunity that will automatically be sent out to the subscriber over a period of time after entering the required information on the opt-in page. Those follow up email letters will almost always have a opt out feature where the person subscribing can stop further communication from the sender for whatever reason. The email letters can vary in number, and time sent, and would mostly describe the methods for building a huge list with the focus being on how to use a specific program or platform for that pupose.

Another feature of the autoresponder is the ability to broadcast a single message to the subscribers at some point to follow up with them about the opportunity and that is why the name and email information is so important from the opt-in page. The broadcast could be used if no response was received from the subscriber during or after the pre-set email letters. An example of such a broadcast might be "Hey there NAME(which is usually a default setting in the autoresponder) wanted to touch base with you about the opportunity to create your online success series you have been receiving. I am available for questions or concerns you might have regarding this opportunity and would like to invite you to contact me, etc., etc.

That about sums up the brief overview of using the opt-in list as a proven traffic builder and would like to remind you that personal contact, through any means possible, with the subscriber if very important to keep and maintain a responsive list. There a lot og good articles on list building available if you wish to do a Google Search or some other related method. Just type in 'Articles On List Building' And bingo - you can pick and choose.

This article is being submitted from my experience in being a member of list builders over the last seven years and believe that experience provides some fundamental insight for new or experienced internet marketers.

Happy Trails To Good Fortune!
