1. Feed Material handling system(Feed hammer mill & Mixing machine)
Hammer mill is used to crushing the material such as corn, wheat and other grains into powder with diameter 3-5mm which is suitable for being processed by pelletizing machine.
During the grinding process, a mixer is needed to make different raw materials mixed homogeneously and thoroughly to ensure high quality feed pellets.
2. Feed Pelletizing system((Pellet machine & Steamer boiler)
Pelletizing process is the core part of the complete feed pellet plants. Whether you can choose the appropriate machine will directly effect the productive efficiency and quality of final feed pellets. our ring die pellet mill and flat die pellet mill can meet different scale pellets production.
Another key factor to effect the feed pellet quality is moisture. A steamer boiler will continuously conduct steam to the screw conditioner, making the ingredients fully cooked which is good for reducing disease and easy to digest.
3. Pellets cooling and Packing system(Pellets cooling machine& Bagging machine)
After the pelletizing process we need use a cooler to reduce moisture to an appropriate content, generally 12% moisture content is suitable, but for some customers in very humidity climate, the moisture content can reach 7%-8%.
The last process is packing, our semi-auto packing machine with weight sensor and adjustor is your good choice.For the complete feed pellet plant, impulse dust filter is also necessary for the customers having special demand.
