Ahmad was brilliant from start to finish in booking our Umrah package, he tailored to our needs and exceeded our expectations. Firstly, our booking was easy and simple. Secondly, our package had multiple inclusions that were amazing add-ons. When we got to Saudi, we had private transport waiting to take us to our hotel. Our flights were direct and went smoothly. Our hotel in Makkah was unreal, we stayed at Clock Tower Fairmont Hotel this was very central to the Kaaba (literally a few minutes walk) convenient location as I had my elderly mother with me. After our stay at Makkah we had transport pick us up and drop us off to our hotel in Madina, we stayed in the Pullman Zam Zam hotel, again brilliant location with the hotel providing transportation for women to the holy mosque every 10 mins. I was so impressed with our booking and all our inclusions, I will definitely use HajjUmrah4U again! Thank you Ahmad.
