Simply, find a business that does not entail a large office space, a large investment or employing staff.
My name is Steve Jackson and I have been in the home based industry for more than 20 years and found that making large investment with money you cannot really afford is the first step toward failure.
The pressure of loaning 20000$ or even 100000$ towards a small venture means from the very start you are at a loss, not including the interest on top of that.
