Hi everyone, it's :rixman" I wanted to start this group to get feedback on how people deal with there everyday health and wellness issues.I appreciate all comments that are helpful to everyone. Myself I think your health and wellness is the most important issue in everyones life.
After all if you don't try to do your best to maintain your health,it doesn't matter if you had a million dollars,life becomes harder and less fun.
For me diet and exercise are two very important factors in the healthy maintenance of your body. It's hard to know what is the best foods to put in our bodies to achieve optimum health.It ultimately comes down to information  and guess who is in charge of making sure you get good information.
A person has to check out all avenues when it comes to your own health,doctors are good but you must always check alternatives.
