About What is the best Manual surfing site and do you use them?

What manual or viral surfing sites do you use? IF ANY?
I currently use traffic splash, traffic bar, traffic muscles, and referral link, just to name a few. I think it's good for branding your website or product. time consuming? Yes. worth it? Questionable.
let me know your thoughts on surfing as an advertisement vehicle.
