In brief, he tells us that his public email address has been hacked and hijacked to send spam from his address. Spam of this type is very common today, and provides a link to a commercial website to buy the real sender's products.
The user has had this happen with several email accounts over the years and has had to keep changing public email addresses to avoid the problem. He has contacted several tech support people who tell him there is nothing he can do about it.

My computer would hardly work and was having lots of problems. I took it in and they found over 1800 viruses! I was sick to my stomach wondering how many of those I had passed on to my family and friends through public email.
Now with NewNetMail I do not have to worry! By the way, I now keep my anti virus software up to date.
