What is a team ?
A team is a group of individuals, all working together for a common purpose. The individuals comprising a team ideally should have common goals, common objectives and more or less think on the same lines.
Individuals who are not compatible with each other can never form a team.
They should have similar if not the same interests, thought processes, attitude, perception and likings.
A good team easily accomplish their goals where as a bad team ruins everything.
A team must have individuals with a common objective to achieve and they should all work together.
Team members
Every member should be a team player. Personal interests must take a back seat.
They have to be a follower working on the guidance of a team leader, learning people skill and gaining knowledge and experience only then they can become a team leader.
Anything can be done much better with a team effort. Even a marriage is a team of husband and wife and only together they can achieve more. Team AVM is a team where AVM are the initials of 3 team members contributing to the aim of the Team.
