Your pocket-friendly home décor ideas

by Jainam Shah Founder of CanvasChamp

When it’s about decorating our home, we all have numerous ideas rolling through our brain nerves. However, there are instances when we feel that there’s something missing. Well, the missing essence is often linked with the love and bond we share with our home.

At times we restrain our creative ideas considering heavy costs that may follow. If you too are one among the group, this blog is definitely worth a read.  Today with this blog, we’ll be talking about some of the most pocket-friendly home décor ideas that will help you decorate your home with perfection. Let's start:

1.    Adorning the walls with special moments
Canvas print wall displays turned out beautifully

This one deserves to be top in our today’s list. Let that be an empty wall or an over-filled one, both are a turn-off. Even if we define how much space we need to cover, another big question comes regarding ‘what to use’. People across the globe have opted for options like canvas prints, metal prints, acrylic prints etc. In fact, creating canvas prints from own photos has become one of the most considered home décor ideas and also to gift to loved ones.

2.    Spread some love in living area and rooms

This is one step ahead of our previous point. You can use your photos or of your loved ones and create metal prints, acrylic prints, wood prints, photo poster prints and more. Besides these two you can also use customized desk calendars or poster calendars. The reason why these can be used to decorate your home is the unconfined personalization options you get. You can use your personal pictures, can start your calendar from the month you wish to, and can customize dates with an event and a picture to never forget important dates. Interesting isn't it?

3.    Little special effects

This section is my personal favorite. Let me elaborate this with an example. I like the touch of themes and hence I dedicated a personalized theme to my living room, kitchen, and bedrooms. Now to make this look more lively you can use numerous design elements to match your theme. However, you need to keep in mind that instead of spending money without giving a second thought, you can find a lot of options around you, which perfectly fit your requirement and are creative as well.

4.    Consider recycling

In lieu of our previous point, you can also consider using things that kept in your storeroom. The empty glass bottles, a jute sheet etc. can prove to be of great use. While on one hand, they can add a pinch of rogue appearance, a wise usage can also add a blend of sophisticated appearance.

5.    Be simple and creative

Last but not the least. It has been often noticed that in an attempt to decorate our home ‘creatively’ we over-exaggerate and make our home look messier. You don't have to show all your creativity in single space. Sometimes, a small art over a massive canvas can be more influential in comparison to ‘creativity' splattered all across. Remember simplicity is the new creativity and can help you gain more accolades from your guests.

Conclusion

Decorating home is an art and one has to take an artistic approach. While many hire interior designers to execute this flawlessly, there is good number of people who prefer doing it by self. Whichever way you go, we hope the aforementioned points will help you have the missing essence in a budget-friendly manner.
