Atmosphere

The second you walk onto a dealership lot or into the dealership office, there should be a feeling of comfort and trust. You can tell quickly whether it's a place you want to spend your time. Make sure it's a place you don't mind going back to. Maybe even check out the coffee in the waiting area--just kidding, but sometimes that really matters to people!

Competitiveness
