Roadrunner email settings windows 10 include POP Settings and IMAP Settings. If the POP setting is working fine then definitely issue is in IMAP and visa versa. We are providing steps for both IMAP and POP. If you follow the steps we have mentioned below you should be able to set up your Roadrunner email settings. 

• Go to the Window Live Mail.
• Select the Accounts tab. 
• Click email, and now your email account setup procedure is started.
• Type your id and password.
• Open server type 
• Select POP and IMAP. 

Now you have to check the setting of POP and IMAP separately

•  Account Type: POP or POP3
• Incoming Mail Server: mail.twc.com
• Incoming Server –POP3 port: 110.
• Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): mail.twc.com
• Outgoing Server –SMTP port: 587
• Inbound Outbound User Name: Enter email ID. if you are new create one. 
• example@[division].rr.com
• Inbound Outbound Password: Email your Password. if you are new create one.
• SMTP Server Requires Authentication: Checked

IMAP Settings:

•  Account Type: IMAP
• Incoming Mail Server: mail.twc.com
• Incoming Server –IMAP port: 143
• Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): mail.twc.com
• Outgoing Server –SMTP port: 587
• Inbound Outbound User Name: Enter email ID
•  example@[division].rr.com 
• Enter Email Password (same as Webmail) SMTP Server Requires Authentication: Checked

ROADRUNNER EMAIL SETTINGS SETUP FOR IPHONE

iPhone users don't have to check both POP and IMAP separately. Roadrunner email setting iPhone is very simple and secure. 

• Click on ‘Settings’ on the iPhone or iPad.
• Next, Select mail. 
• Select contacts, and calendars.
• If you are already a Roadrunner user, then select your existing RR email address.
• create a new one if you were not part of it before.
• Select ‘Add account’.
• Tap on ‘Other’
• select ‘Add mail account’ 
• fill in the required information like name, address, password, etc.
• Click on ‘Next’.
• Select ‘POP’.
• Fill incoming and outgoing mail servers. 
• Incoming mails server host: pop-server.ec.rr.com.
• Username: enter your username with the additional extension ‘@ec.rr.com’
• Password: enter your password unique but easy so that you don't forget
• Server port: 110, only if required.
• Off the Secure server.
• Mobile-smtp.roadrunner.com on Outgoing mail server host.
• Now enter your username with the extension ‘@ec.rr.com’.
• Enter your password.
• Enter port 587 only if required. 
• Set a secure server to off.
• Select ‘Save’.
