The L’Oréal ambassador stepped into the fashion spotlight several times this year, elevating the SoCal-teen looks of her early days to a new playing field. She was all grown-up at the Van Cleef & Arpels boutique reopening earlier this summer, sporting the standout silhouette of the season: the bias-cut slip dress. And she took the classic trench to new heights on more than one occasion—a suede version from Gucci and a butterfly-print from Valentino to be precise—with clever accessorizing and embellished heels. Yet it’s on the red carpet that her personal style has really shone, from the nude Gucci Première dress she wore for this year’s Met Gala to the ethereal Chanel Haute Couture frock she sported at Cannes.
