Why You Can’t Put Toothpaste Back to its Tube

by Aaron Harris Web Traffic Expert
My mentors said that you can’t put toothpaste back on its tube. How does it relate to marketing? Read on and you will find out!

“Everyone gets one chance in giving an impression” this is one of my mentor’s greatest saying before he let me act on my own in my marketing career.

It is true that in branding, you only get one chance to prove your that your brand should be trusted by your website traffic. As a brand owner who uses online powers to dominate the marketing field, one of my dilemmas in my career is to keep a good impression. Your brand will not be able to produce sales when you have a bad image.

“This is your customers” he said as he handed me a tube of toothpaste.

After that, he asked me to hold the tube and squeezed it. The toothpaste oozed down to my feet. Being clueless, I returned his demonstration with an awed look.

“That certain squeeze is your bad image. Now, whenever you show your customers that your website isn’t great at all, you lose your customer’s loyalty.” He said as he pointed at the toothpaste on my feet.

“And you cannot bring it back like it was before. Can you?”

By that time, I always make it to a point that I keep a cool impression on my customers. As much as possible, I ensure that whatever I do to my site, it will boost website traffic.

As a marketer, you should, too, take note that your customer is vulnerable to anything that happens on your brand. You customer’s loyalty will always be at risk.

According to him, you must follow these simple steps to ensure that your online brand goes smoothly and avoid controversies as much as possible.

1. Stick this to your mind. YOU ARE YOUR BRAND! – You will always be your brand. Everything that happens on you reflects on your brand. Everything that happens on your brand reflects on your own image.

I’m saying this not to scare you, but to remind you that you and your brand are bonded together as one. And whatever happens on either you or your brand, you web traffic knows it.

2. To avoid having smokes around your brand, don’t start a fire – Don’t you want your customers to banish quickly? All you have to do is to avoid the root of controversies!

Serve your customers right. Give them what they needed. Know your targeted traffic in order to excel further in providing quality services. Avoid getting into arguments and the like. Be careful on everything that you do. Just like what some other old saying say, “prevention is better than cure.”

3. Speak with a clear mind – Arguments with your customers will worsen if you don’t keep your cool on. As much as possible, talk to your customers with a clear mind. In this way, you’ll avoid further arguments and you’ll ensure that the problem will be solved easily.

Remember, you can’t return the toothpaste that oozed out from the tube. Just like your brand, it will be a “touch-move” rule. Leave a good impression now or you’ll suffer with your website traffic later.
