Why There Are Many Vacancies In Govt Sector Jobs

There are many vacancies in government sector jobs as compared to private sector jobs. Although the work culture in government sector is more relaxing than the private sector, still job seeking candidates prefer private jobs due to the following reasons.

• Private sector is more lucrative

Although private sector is more competitive but there are many advantages in working in a private sector. One gets maximum exposure over here in terms of talent exposure and consequently good opportunities related to that. This is why talented and hardworking people are more attracted towards working in private sector than in a government job.

• Government jobs involves politics

In a country like  India there are much politics in a sarkari naukri job; to make any work done one has to please officers in the higher rank. Honest people don’t prefer such working atmosphere so they want to work in a private sector. The work culture in a private sector is honest and every person has his own worth irrespective of the position he holds.

• Private jobs holders enjoy lavish lifestyle

People in private jobs get higher salary and they enjoy lavish life style. Their standard of living is very good and they get many facilities from the company as well, including gym facilities, holiday packages, shopping vouchers etc. These facilities along with a better lifestyle cannot be accessed by government job holders.

• Good promotion in a private job sector

A person working in a private job gets promotion based on the number of years he has been serving and not  on how much talent he has. In government job if one stays for a longer time period he will get a better salary hike. In govt jobs any one who works hard and gives better performance will get better salary hike and other facilities as well. This is the main reason why people prefer private job more than government job.

• Private jobs gives more opportunity for abroad trips

In a private job one can get the scope for going abroad to work  but this facility is not available in a government job. This is why ambitious people prefer private sector job more than government job.

These were the main reason why people prefer private job more than government jobs. More over its a matter of pride when one gets job in big companies like Infosys, reliance or TATA.  Due to these reasons  private sector jobs are always more in demand.
