Why paid hosting

by Marko S. Web Presence Provider
Clustered servers are the backbone to the high quality of our shared hosting platform. Our services provide free and professional paid hosting options.

The free plan is the more popular choice because of the resources provided at no cost. However, about a third of our customers at Tastehosting.net opt for a paid hosting option after using our services for some time.

In contrast with a free hosting service, a paid hosting service offers all the features that are at a limited capacity or not available with the latter.

A paid plan is ideal for individuals who are constructing a website for professional purposes. Therefore, they need as much freedom to construct their website as possible. Features that are limited in capacity such as server speed, disk space and monthly traffic are unlimited.

Also, opting for a paid hosting service provides other services such as backup capabilities, email forwarding, and SITE builder. In addition, many companies that provide this service tend to have a money back guarantee.

Therefore, consumers can test out what paid hosting plan is ideal for their websites without the full commitment.

It's the first time I ever hear about this website and I must admit that there a lot of advantages in getting a paid hosting.

But as far as I am concerned I am not prepared to get to a paid hosting. At least not yet. But I will in the future. For now I will focus in getting the best from the free platforms and hosting. When I'll have a great website or blog, vivid and colourful, things will change...

Until this moment I never thought of 'free hosting'. Understanding well the article free hosting might be interesting for blogs or blog-based websites without any reseller intention. What when someone want to use AdSense? Free or paid hosting? Not to under-estimate: someone who is new to this world might be interested in free hosting without understanding well the limits.

As I am from Europe (Italy) I understood so far: the best hosting regarding price - service is offered in the US and UK - the rest is unfortunately very, very expensive! The initial offer might be cheap but when you take a closer look or become a little bit more experienced one will discover that a lot of services, already included in other hosts, have to be paid separately and hosting becomes expensive :(

@eeaotly check my previous article, we offer free hosting, without ads with one domain, too. @Rieke what do you mean with use of AdSense?

@marS - insert the Google AdSense Code for having their ads on the website.

i don't see any reason why not to use adsense. I used it on major of all my sites. At TasteHosting - free hosting - you can have your own ads and one domain, Free hosting is ads free, but you can put your own if you wish...

Thanks for the explanation. This wasn't so clear for me. Free Hosting might be great when starting and to become familiar with the basics - but more you get involved, less interesting it becomes. Therefore I prefer paid hosting and don't have to bother with anything. :)

well, it depends what you offer. ussually for small site, when you start, the free hosting is ok, than when the traffic comes free hosting is not enough, sometimes, if you have heavy traffic you need semi-dedicated hosting or VPS...I'll wrote later about that :)

i have to say i agree with paid hosting because so much we could learn from their service. like dns, ftp, url forwarding, smtp and more.

I see that there is "Free Shared Hosting" at Taste Hosting, but I don't see where says that one can put his own AdSense code on his free website. I think it should be mentioned that on that page also.
