Why is My ATT Email not Working on the iPhone?

Whether you are experiencing send/receive or settings issues with your ATT account, there is always a workaround with things like that. If ATT email is not working on iPhone, then you should check the setup of the account. 

You can try to set up an AT&T email on your iPhone with the proper steps to get the optimal result. 

Here are the steps:

  • First, you have to open the iPhone and then tap on the Settings icon from the menu. 

  • Now, tap on the mail option from the Settings and then select Accounts from the list. 

  • Then, you have to select the Add Account option in the next step. 

  • Now, you have to select yahoo from the list because both use the same servers for processing the emails. 

  • Now, you will see a new page where you will have to enter the email address and click on the Next button. 

  • Then, you will have to enter the password for the account and click on the Next button. 

  • Now, you have to choose the information you want to download to your phone by tapping the sliders next to the Mail, Contacts, and Calendars and then tap on the Save button. 

This way, you can resolve the ATT email issues on iOS devices
