Cow ghee is a super healthy cooking oil that is known for its high smoke point. It is always better to use ghee for high-temperature cooking like baking, deep-frying, sauteing, and all other high-temperature cooking purposes. Cow ghee contains mostly saturated fats, but it also has a very little amount of monounsaturated fats and polyunsaturated fats. Among all types of ghee, cow ghee is the best as it's suitable for people of all ages. Buffalo ghee is not easy to digest and not suitable for the consumption of children.
