by Khevna M. Khevna

Mumbai is a city that is known for its malls and shopping centers. The malls are so immensely famous that a lot of people visit the city just to get a first-hand experience of the mall culture. While a lot of effort goes into the making of world class malls and shopping centers, there are a lot of other reasons why the malls in the city are popular across the country. There are certain factors that set these malls apart from the malls in the rest of the nation.

One of the most unique factors that influences the popularity of malls in Mumbai is that they host some of the best names in the world of fashion and styling. When you are in the mood to shop for the most viable and well-known fashion labels, the malls in the city are the best places to head to. When international names choose to enter the Indian market, it is most common for them to start with Mumbai which is why the malls in the city have gained a lot of popularity. It is nearly impossible to find a brand in India that does not have a store in a shopping center in Mumbai.

The shopping malls in Mumbai are also popular because of the wholesome experience that they provide to their guests. When you step into a mall in the city, you do not go back home disappointed. Whether you want to eat, shop, watch a movie or simply relax, you can do it all at the best malls here. The malls are developed in such a way that they have everything from shopping to movies to restaurants to clubs to cafes. You can simply walk into a mall with a book and spend your time drinking coffee and reading in a quiet corner of the coffee shop.

Shopping malls in Mumbai are also highly favored among the guests because there is plenty of entertainment for the kids.  A lot of the malls in the city have highly developed play zones that are further segregated according to age. Parents can simply walk into the mall and leave the kids at the play zone, so that they do not get bored and tired during window shopping. The play zones are usually engaging and safe for the kids to play on their own.
