#Recipe 1 - Pineapple Whisky Sour

4 oz pineapple juice, ½ oz lemon juice, 1 oz scotch Whisky
Take a cocktail shaker and add ice cubes in it. Next pour the above ingredients and blend it in the shaker until it is thoroughly chilled. Pour over more ice. Serve with a lemon slice (optional)

For the Whipped cream topping:
Place a glass bowl into the freezer for 5 minutes to chill the bowl. When bowl is chilled, pour in the milk cream with honey. Whip the cream and honey until slightly fluffy. Make sure the honey is fully mixed into the cream.
Now, Mash the blackberries along with the honey and lemon juice in a shaker. Pour in the scotch and fill the container with ice. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail coupe. Spoon the previously made whipped cream on top of the drink.
Garnish it with a dash of nutmeg or cinnamon.
#Recipe 3 - The Mark Twain
2 oz Blended Malt Scotch, 1 oz simple syrup, 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice, 2 dashes Angostura bitters.
Preparation:Blend all the above ingredients in a shaker. Add ice and shake well. Strain into a glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a whole star anise.
