These heels cause enough force while walking with toe-forward movement & not normal motion, thereby leasing for unequal distribution on the synchronization as well as weight of the body. it even leads to enhanced pressure on the spinal cord & leads to acute pain. Thus, such heels must be avoided & correct pair of shoes prevents such occurrences.
Excess weight:
Chronic sitting leads to certain gain in the weight of the body & it can be one of the pivotal reasons for causing back pain. Thus, it is essential to shed some of the extra pounds with the help of rigorous exercises & maintain fit.
Stress:
Often during stressful circumstances, the muscles start contracting & relax so as to protect the human body from the harmful exposures of damage. But this can lead to deterioration only. Breathing exercises are meant to ease the body from such situations & achieve calm.
