Ghee has its own uniqueness and anyone can use it for their cooking purposes. It is rightly called the 21st-century superfood that has a high amount of vitamins and nutrients. Experts recommend having ghee for losing weight and detoxifying the body. Just 2-3 teaspoons of ghee daily are enough for retaining all the ghee benefits. 


What is ghee used for


  1. You can use ghee for any kind of cooking- from sauteing to deep-frying. The high smoke point of ghee is suitable for high-temperature cooking methods.

  2. To detoxify your body, you can take a teaspoon of ghee on an empty stomach, preferably in the morning. Have a big glass of warm water immediately after having ghee. It improves blood circulation and reduces the accumulation of free radicals in body cells.

  3. Ghee is a clarified form of butter which is a great source of omega-3 fatty acids that can effectively decrease the LDL cholesterol and increase the good cholesterol (HDL) in the body. 

  4. Pure grass-fed ghee butter can be used for better calcium absorption in the body. You can have ghee with rice, bread, or milk to boost your digestion power, lubricating the large intestines and having relief from constipation.
