The action of sending a promotional message to a bunch of individuals, with the help of email is called Email Marketing. It can be said that each email delivered to your targeted audience or present client is known as Email Marketing.

  • Choose an email marketing provider you think is the best for your business, there are many email marketing providers which provides great services and will be beneficial for your business. Some examples are- Aweber, Hubspot, SendX, MailChimp, etc


  • Make a list of existing customers and potential customers who you want to send your product details to. Organize them according to the location, industry and lead source.


  • Prepare the campaign using texts and images and creative and unique design. You must not overdo the design, it must be simple and unique.


  • After preparing the campaigns, send emails to all the customers as well as track the results. Never forget to track the results as it is very important to see how many leads are converted. You should know how many people purchased your products or availed your services.


  • Don’t stop at just checking the results, examine them and develop new strategies. Know the bounce rate, locations where most leads are generated, which age group of people bought most products and also develop effective strategies for the next time.
