I have finally learned to market and make an income online. After trying for over 10 years and failing, I can with confidence share with you some simple steps that will build you a list and get you exposure and sales of whatever you want to sell. Let's face it, to make money you have to sell something or at least someone has to buy it. What a concept !

Step one is you need to have a presence on the web and get to know others. This can be done by having a website or participating in the social networks or commenting on blogs.

Step two is you need to connect with those people and have them connect with you in a more permanent and binding manner. Like having a newsletter or a message series on an autoresponder and to get others email addresses to send them the information.

Step three is you need to have something of value like a product or information that they will be interested in purchasing from you. Something they need or have interest in.

To incorporate all of this is to get a website and put valuable content on it, get an autoresponder and have valuable messages on it and daily blog and place classifieds and share on social networks your content and links to your website and autoresponder capture pages. When you build a big enough list of people with similar interest, some of them will take that next step and join you and BUY FROM YOU !
