Classification

Classify the various issues obtained into negotiable and non-negotiable. The negotiable are ones that can be discussed on and are obsequious while the non- negotiable are the ones that are stiff on your decision and would not change despite the conditions. Being in good terms with the other parties may help to convince them of issues without a lot of persuasions. It also provides a pleasant negotiation environment during a hard discussion hence a smooth negotiation till the end. The process of contract negotiation involves three essential steps; for the transaction intended to be successful, that is preparation, discussion, and development, then the final one is a closure, which is a summary of the points gathered.
