What are the genuine ways to lose weight?

Reducing fatness is not an easy task. There is no use of doing bit exercises and eating less food. The only important thing to reduce fat is passion, a passion for staying fit and looking good, a passion to maintain youth.

Our biggest weakness is laziness, physical laziness which actually comes from overweight.

And the second biggest weakness is, we want immediate results if we don't see results, then we leave.

However, if you want to slim down quickly, then follow the tips given below:

1. The correct and fastest way to reduce fatness is "running". It's very tough initially but it is very useful, just start running for 1 minute and increase it by 1 minute every day. After 2 months you can run for 1hr and till then you must have felt the change in your body.

2. Do the stretching after finishing the running and it will make your body feel good.

3. Change the habits of eating, eat anything but stop overeating. Learn how many calories you have consumed and how much actually you need.

4. Make a proper routine of having food. Do a good breakfast, have enough lunch, and have dinner 2 hours before bedtime.

5. Get up early in the morning, make your bed, and do some household chores.

6. If you are unable to go outside for jogging or running due to a busy routine and other reasons then you can perform some yoga asana and daily exercises to stay fit, at home.
