by kapil Mehta # Guest Blogger

Ever we come across the two terms "teaching" and "learning", a lot of new ideas come up in our minds as to what are the basic principles to be followed. So here we are going to narrate 10 principles that if followed will serve a big purpose.

  1. First comes the child and then comes learning.

  2. We have developed certain styles and techniques to teach young children as they are the future of the country and our worldwide nation.

  3. We take every step and put our skills so that they grow up in a certain environment where learning becomes a passion rather than a routine.

  4.  The educators must be friendly and cheerful to their young students

  5. They must not abide by the laws and rules practiced in boarding schools.

  6. They must not be very harsh or rude to the less intelligent ones.

  7. They must be dynamic and open to all the young boys and girls.

  8. If the students are less attentive in their classes, then the matter can be reported to their guardians.

  9. They must be familiar with all the faces and keep a regular track of them.

  10. They must be full of vigor and lfe while teaching.

Let’s discuss some of the points which would help them in a specific way.

Every Situation is a Lesson

Learning is almost like an inhalation process for the child. If your child is properly cared for, loved, and hugged, they feel proud to learn about every situation and would also take interest in their studies. While teaching, if the children are being constantly monitored, then it becomes easier to learn.

They can sort out their mistakes and can also follow their good friends in the
Bruce child care center. They try to rectify their drawbacks and can also help their teachers to teach them in a far better way. Thereby the child gets the energy, and determination and develops a keen interest. The process of teaching and learning becomes their favorite game.

Building Relationships

Educators can be more efficacious and knowledgeable when they build a good rapport with the child and can understand his or her psychology. This builds a good relationship if the teacher can fully understand the child.

Listening to the parents, through observation, and then interacting with these young ones over a certain period of time is an effective method to teach them. This process of development includes some past information about the child and the experience gathered by their teachers helps the child to cater to his or her needs in a better and more elaborate manner. This enables both sides to understand each other well and it becomes a hobby.

Embracing the Child Relationship

When the child's basic needs are met and they come to know that their views and thoughts are cherished, then they come forward with better ideas and love to learn. Their confidence increases many times more and so does their creativity. Parents and teachers should support their children at every stage of learning.

They should be accompanied and well communicated so that their needs are fulfilled which include nutritious food, adequate amount of rest, and proper medical attention. This also requires intellectual and social facilities which give them the opportunity to grow up.

Innovative ways of Teaching

Teachers must have the proper knowledge of what they are teaching to their children so they can satisfy their basic criteria. They must develop effective teaching techniques to fulfill the child's needs and demands along with themselves.

When parent and the institution appreciate their teachers, they feel great and get impressed by their teaching skills. They feel proud and honored for the roles they had been playing throughout the days.

This method also leads to increasing activities with one another and the task gets facilitated. This leads to innovating oneself. When they work together, the quality gets upgraded and the children are catered to in better ways for their requirements and goals.

Natural Research

Young children are born researchers. They try to understand their environment through observation and create new ideas every day. They develop a natural interest in what is being taught in the classrooms of Bruce Learning Center

They would not feel reluctant or hesitant to ask their seniors at home or the strict teachers to clarify their doubts and queries. They must be given full cooperation to simplify the matter by their respected seniors and experienced teachers.

A lot of explanations given to them help them to construct ideas that they would follow and clear their misconceptions. This enhances them to fulfill their needs and demands.

In the end, we would like our friends to share their ideas with us if possible. Hence the process of teaching and learning never becomes a personal conflict. This would help one another to face the various challenges of life with a positive approach and definite mind setup. We only hope that those of you who have read it would share it with friends and relatives.
