Wealthy Affiliate Review

This review will talk about the pros and cons of the Wealthy Affiliate training platform. 

Easy to Follow training:

The training is very easy to follow, a plus if you have no experience at all in the affiliate marketing business. The first 10 lessons that are covered with free starter membership teach you everything to launch a successful website. 

If you have experience in building websites, and just need additional knowledge in SEO, driving traffic to your website, and researching highly targeted affiliate programs then it is recommended to upgrade to Premium monthly. 

There are some written reviews that claim Wealthy Affiliate is outdated and is just basic information found for free online through Google search engine. This is not! Every week there is new training live webinars conducted to fit the ever-changing online web to make sure your website stays on track. 

Free Website:

The free website that is provided to starter members, is a WordPress blog that gets you started in your chosen niche. 

I immediately upgraded the same day to Wealthy Affiliate Premium and made my first sale within 30 days. 

You simply choose your niche, set up your blog, write a post within the community to get members to leave comments and feedback on your article. This is needed for popular search engines to find your website. 

The free keyword research tool called Jaaxy will help you find highly targeted keywords to get your website content found on Google. There are several training videos that will help you with proper keyword research.

There are lots of ways to earn commissions. As a free member, you make commissions off the monthly and yearly subscription of the Wealthy Affiliate program. 

Premium members earn commissions off referring other Wealthy Affiliate members, site domain purchases, site comments, and creating your own training. In the affiliate commission earning, it is better to join as a Premium member. 

The online community will allow you to interact with other affiliate marketers, allowing you to learn from more experts that have been doing business online for years. This also helps your rankings and show that you are communicating. 

You will find some community members flat out rude and their responses not professional at all. This can be expected in any online community forum. 

Site Comments:

Site comments are needed to show authority in your niche and help Google find your site quicker. This is a Premium member feature, and if you become a certified commenter you will earn $0.50 per comment left. To be certified, you need to leave 50 comments within a 30-day period. Which is meet in no time, with the thousands of websites hosted on the Wealthy Affiliate platform. 

Site Feedback:

The site feedback is to get other members to test your website making sure everything works well that will include speed load, design, along with if your content is suitable enough for Google to find along with other feedback. No other host or community offers such a service.

The limited 10 lessons are put as a con, due to many complaints that no more training is provided unless you pay Premium. Some Wealthy Affiliate reviewers claim the 10 free lessons are cheaply made or outdated. 

The yearly price went up to $495 a year, a few months back. This price is a little too expensive compared to other website hosting companies like Hostgator, BlueHost, or DreamHost to name a few. 

Many join the program thinking they are going to see huge profits without working, this fits into the con. If you are expecting to make big profits with little work than Wealthy Affiliate is not for you. 

Even though this review of Wealthy Affiliate listed some cons and pros, I still think it is a good choice to start out as an affiliate marketer. You will not find another training platform that offers all these benefits that are proven to work.
