by MarkJ Guillen CEO
Walmart has plans of opening many store in China and raise the employment rate by bringing more job in the region.

Walmart plans to open 30 stores in China within this year. The worlds largest retail chain CEO of the region announced this move on Thursday. It has further plans of renovating the 60 existing stores in China and expanding its options and distribution centers.

More Walmart Stores will be seen in the future in China according to the announcement of the retailer. It is going to build eight stores in Dongguan and one distribution center in the area in order to cover the Southern region of the city. This movement is going to bring almost 3000 jobs in Dongguan in coming five years and help to raise the employment rate of the city.

The retail chain has plans to work hand-in-hand with the Southern Chinese Municipal government to make business investments for success; not just this but also go through food safety and energy saving options. Walmart Stores Inc. has plans to open more stores. It has been in Guangdong since 1997, it has since than launched 13 stores in the area. It brought 10,000 jobs in Guangdong by doing so. The retailer’s online outlet has brought 13 stores in Dongguan and has been making efforts to give the best to customers in the region through both of its outlets.

Walmart Wholesale first community shopping outlet is going to be seen in China this year in ZhuhaiGuangdong, and is going to be designed and managed both by the company itself. It will occupy a land of almost 100,000 square meters and will cost the company $92 million (600 million Yuan).

The retail chain's presence in China is becoming stronger each year since it has entered the region in 1996. Since then, it has had 433 stores in 169 cities of the country by the end of 2015, which shows how much it has progressed. The journey to get where the organization is today in China has not been so easy but it is made ends meet so far and will evidently keep on doing so.

In other news regarding the multinational retailer recently, it announced of pulling out the hoverboards off its shelves just like Bed Bath & Beyond. This was done because of the danger it was posing and the reports of it catching fire. Refunds were also given to customers who bought the product. It has not just been pulled out of the company’s brick and mortar stores but even its website due to the fire hazard.
