Transcribe Your Recording with Dragon – Call On +1-702-430-6099
by Nuance Dragon Support Number Nuance Dragon Support +1-7024306099It’s kind of magical seeing how Nuance Dragon NaturallySpeaking
converts your spoken words into text. You just speak it and your words start
appearing on the screen in the text format.
However, while you speak into the microphone connected to the PC in which
the Dragon NaturallySpeaking is installed, the software transcribes your
recorded speech from a sound file with a .wav extension or MP3 or DSS format. This sound file is created by any digital recorder
which you have installed on your PC’s hard drive.
Now, if you wish to transcribe this sound recording, you can take it
from a portable recorder. But make sure, your Dragon software should be set up
with a special additional source user profile which was perfectly trained to
handle all recorded speeches that you created using that digital recorder.
You won’t need to select any specific user to transcribe audio files
from the recorder and use the same to dictate to the software.
Then, you can directly launch your Nuance Dragon NaturallySpeaking
software if you haven’t done it yet. Follow the below given steps to transcribe
the recorded file.
Step 1 –Click
to open the User Profile which you created for recorder input. To do so, you can
simply choose Profile and then select the user profile from NaturallySpeaking
menu bar which you want to open.
And then click on the Open button.
Step 2 –In
case, if your portable recorder uses the in-line connection, your volume level
would be raised at an expected level.
And then if you try to transcribe text, you can adjust the volume at
the same level you used during training the Dragon or you can also run the
Audio Setup Wizard.
Step 3 –
Running the Audio Setup Wizard is simple. You have to select the Audio option
and go for ‘Read Text’ option to enhance the accuracy and adjust the Volume
Only selection.
Step 5 –Now
click on Next as shown on the screen.
Step 6 – As
you click on Next, a’ Transcribe a Recorded Audio File’ will appear on the screen
and ask you to choose where to store the audio file that you wish to transcribe
in Dragon software.
You can click on ‘Browse’ to locate the file location and select the file
you wish to transcribe from hard drive and store it in the software.
Step 7 – Now
select the file and click on ‘Transcribe button’ to perform the process.
If you face any problems during the process, call on our Dragon
