5. House of Parliament: the Gothic Master piece built between 1840 and 1888, the Houses of Parliament is also known as the Palace of Westminster. Its creator was Charles Barry who designed it such that it blended with the architectural style of nearby Westminster Abbey. Here the parliament is located for more than 700 years.
