7.   What do you know about job tasks and activities and how you will handle your duties?

8.       How you perform under pressure and in tough situations?

Try to learn about the leadership qualities of the candidates through this question.

9.       What are your achievements in previous jobs or education career?

This shows how much hard working they are and their ability to shine in job and career at the same time.

10.   Where do you see yourself in next five years?

This question will not only tell you how ambitious they are but also how long they are looking to work in with the company.
