The Most Sophisticated School Buildings From Architectural Firms

by RAJ KAMAL Technology, Travel,Health & Medical

The system of getting education, from kindergartens to universities, has undergone a significant transformation, and this includes how we view the educational facility. A custom that began many years ago with the simple construction of four walls has evolved to include usefulness on both the interior and exterior. The users of these structures, who range in age from three to twenty-two, determine the architecture of the buildings.

Today, not only in the classrooms but also in the playgrounds, theatres, and many other spaces, these structures are built with standards and guidelines that support kids' growth in both physical and mental abilities.

Here is our alphabetical list of the 15 educational structures that could alter how we now see and understand them.

1.      C.O KINDERGARTEN AND NURSERY | EDUCATIONAL BUILDINGS

This educational facility is situated in a rural area over 60 kilometres from Hiroshima. The architecture of the building is centred on how kids interact with space in order to avoid using standard educational methods. Separate from the nursery building, the facility also has an internal café that serves as a meeting spot for parents and children, parents and teachers, and parents and other parents. Refreshments are served here. The children can have their lunches in the café during the break. Passersby can even open the windows of the pick-up vehicle on the prefectural roadside to view the activities the kids are engaged in in the playground and the café.

2.      DA HOP KINDERGARTEN AND PRIMARY SCHOOL | EDUCATIONAL BUILDING

The school is built to be welcoming and in harmony with people, nature, and culture. The school is located between stunning mountains, which can be seen in the classrooms. The area is very vibrant, with many different places that invite children to explore and discover surprises, making the school a fun place to be. This educational facility's design focuses on movement, with the blocks fitting together in a rhythmic pattern and a covered bridge corridor that is suitable and safe for kids to go through. The school has facilities for children's mental and physical development, including practise areas, skill rooms, theatres, four-season swimming pools, indoor and outdoor stadiums, aquatic gardens, and playgrounds.

3.      DH TRIANGLE SCHOOL

The Triangle School forges ties among people, place, and learning. The building explores new possibilities of educational design through the logical interpretation of such complexity and simplicity. The building's three sides all face various landscapes, including a playground in the north, hills in the east, and an existing structure in the west, which creates openings, closures, and compromises at various heights. Vertical louvres that are built into the north face's open side offer both seclusion and lighting. To reduce cross-interference, a concrete wall with a triangle-shaped window implies the interior geometry of the building's east side.

4.      EL RECREO KINDERGARTEN

This educational structure was designed with circulation in mind, crossing the blocks that make up the social welfare center and the kindergarten. The sequence of courtyards, terraces, and essential play areas create circulation. Double-height internal balconies and ramps are used to connect these areas in order to increase communication and control between customers and staff. The first two buildings house the kindergarten and social welfare services, while the third building hosts public events.

5.    ST. XAVIER’S HIGH SCHOOL, GURGAON (SEC-49)

The St Xavier High School interior and exterior were designed by Acanthus, a school building architecture firm. It is a unique learning environment. This Gurugram School strikes a mix of modern and elegant aesthetics.

Its distinctive façade, which features pillars in the Roman style, gives the impression that it is a beautiful heritage structure with modern styling. The reception space features appealingly unusual and elaborate design.

The modern artwork, oak panels with bronze mirror cladding, and a unique chamber specifically created for the Director are included. This room's windows display an unusual wooden jali divider, which graces the appearance of the space. Even a vintage chandelier that hangs in this contemporary space has been carefully positioned to provide some more elegance.
