This can apply to many sports, but particularly those that let you hit stuff. Depending on the classes you take, kickboxing can let your wash away all the day’s stress while getting a great workout. Even if all you do is exercise, with no contact, you are still shedding stress with each exercise.

You are in shape. Your stress level is under control. You have greater self-confidence. All that equals feeling better about yourself across the board. The more you work out and the better you get at kickboxing, the better you will feel, which is even more of an incentive.

Strength

Few sports require the stamina that kickboxing does. Your cardiovascular system benefits as does your individual muscles, even though you never knew existed. Additionally, as you become more toned, those benefits translate into a more able, better toned and stronger body.
