Surprising Ways of Getting a Glowing Skin Naturally

Our skin is an amazing organ, which prevents water, dirt, microbes and other dirt particles from entering our body. It also helps to transform the solar energy into vitamin D, which is very essential for our health. Nothing makes you feel confident as having gorgeous complexion.

Thus, there are a certain thing, which should be included in the daily routine of Woman’s Skin Care, in order to achieve a healthy and glowing skin.

Turmeric for Lightening the Skin Tone:

It is a well known fact that, turmeric has skin lightening and antiseptic properties, which helps to reduce scars and other marks. Turmeric also fights against allergy and infections, which are responsible for making your skin look dull and lifeless.

  • Take 1 tablespoon of turmeric powder and 1 tablespoon of gram flour.
  • Make a smooth paste out of the mixture, by adding water or milk with it.
  • Apply the paste evenly on your face and neck. Let it dry for sometime.
  • Wash it off by using lukewarm water. Repeat this process, 2-3 times in a week, for getting a radiant skin.

Get the Glowing Skin With Lemon:

When it comes to tan or spot removing, the properties, existed in lemon works as a fine anti-tanning product. It helps to reduce the dark spots and also helps in getting rid of the blemishes. Cut the lemon in 2 slices and apply the lemon juice on the darkened area. After keeping it for 10 minutes and so, wash it off by using cold water. But one thing should never be forgotten by you, that, using the lemon juice on cuts and wounds, may cause a burning sensation.

At the time of applying lemon, don’t expose yourself under the harsh rays of sun.

Honey and Milk Face Pack:

Honey is considered as a surprising natural remedy for treating the scars, created by acne and pimples. On the other hand, the milk, which are used in making the pack, works as a first class skin cleanser, which helps in improving the texture of the skin.

  • Take 1-2 tablespoons of Honey.
  • Mix it well with pure milk, in a glass bowl.
  • Apply the pack on your face and massage it in circular motion, for at-least a minute or so.
  • After that, leave the pack on your face for 15-20 minutes.
  • Then, wash it off thoroughly by using water.

Use Tomatoes as an Exfoliator:

Tomatoes are considered as one of the best natural ingredients, which has the capacity of working as an exfoliator. Lycopene in tomato is a powerful anti-oxidant which fights free radicals. Adding this ingredient as a natural exfoliator, in Woman’s Skin Care treatment might work as a wonder on your skin.

  • Take 1 large tomato, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar and 1/2 tablespoon of honey.
  • Smash the tomato in a glass bowl.
  • Add the above mentioned ingredients in the bowl with the tomato and a form a smooth paste out of it.
  • Gently massage the mixture on your face and let it dry on the skin for 5 minutes.
  • Rinse it off by using water and dry your face.

Taking care of our skin should be the first and foremost duty of ours, which should never be neglected. In spite of following all the above mentioned remedies, there is a need for you to add nutritional foods in your diet, along with drinking a lot of water for keeping your body hydrated.
