SPR Road New Sectors and Builders

by Vineet Karhana Digital Marketing Executive
Many end-users and investors are interested in New Gurgaon's Southern Peripheral Road (SPR), a 150 metre wide road. The Southern Peripheral Road provides seamless access to Delhi and the surrounding districts. The Golf Course Road, NH-8, and Mehrauli Road are all easily accessible from SPR. Additionally, the current Gurgaon-Faridabad Road is immediately connected to SPR. Since SPR has been designated as a national highway, the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) will be responsible for maintaining this section, which will have six lanes. In Phase II, Metro link is also anticipated along Southern Peripheral Road.

SPR now contains brand-new sectors such as 68, 69, 70, 70A, 71, 72, 73, 74, 74A, 75, and 75A. However, a dispute between HUDA and the landowners caused building of a portion of the road to be delayed. The Southern Peripheral Road now contains a few kilometres of three-lane sections before narrowing to two lanes. On the road's median, a green belt is being created to make it environmentally friendly.

Large expanses of land are owned by developers in this region like Unitech, DLF, Tata, Raheja Developers, Ireo, Signature Global, Godrej, M3M, Parsvanath, BPTP, Vipul, and Emmar MGF. Numerous developers, including DLF, Tata, Unitech, BPTP, and Spaze, have already started construction on their high-end properties in this area. Around 20,000 housing units are being built in various areas along this road.
