How to get more participation and engagement on social media

You might be wondering ... how do you do that?!?!

2 things:

Content is king. Top social media influencers post every day.

Some, like me, post multiple times each day! If content is king, engagement is queen. The content must be compelling and you must engage with those who comment. I definitely spend a good amount of time on it.

The most important question they ask me is: How do you stay so consistent by posting content every day?

Well I'd love to tell you that I'm kind of a social media savant or that I work until my eyes are closed. But it is not true either. In fact, it is very easy.

I am incredibly constant because I developed a SYSTEM and I have a TEAM that publishes most of what I write (I spend every Friday of every week writing).

I approve of everything, of course, I select content that I know my target market (people who would be open to NWM) would like.

Having said the above, I would like to expand on the 2 keys to creating followers on social networks.

# 1 - Content is king. You must post content DAILY. Social media is a war for attention and if you don't post daily, you are losing the war

. # 2 - Engagement is king. For the algorithm to work in your favor, you need to get people to like and comment on your posts. That means you need to post engaging content. If there's a key to engaging content, it's this: Ask questions! I tend to get a lot more comments on my posts when I ask a question.

Second part

Like most things in life, the reason people never learn to sponsor online is because they don't have the ability to earn.

It is always that they are simply not willing to do the things necessary to win.

The same goes for reaching the highest rank in your company ... you can do it, but

Are you willing to do the necessary things?

The same goes for getting into ideal physical shape, you can do it, but

Are you willing to do the necessary things?

The same goes for learning any skill, like a foreign language, you can do it, but

Are you willing to do the necessary things?

It is never a question of skill.

It is always a matter of effort.

So what is the effort to learn to sponsor online?

This is simple ... and just as true for online recruiting as any of the others I mentioned.

You have to be showing up: Consistently ... Every ... Day.

Are you constant in posting every day?

Are you constant in creating connections every day?

The world of social networks is a WAR for attention ...

If you don't show up every day, you'll never get the momentum you need to build traction.

And PLEASE don't get me wrong ...

In fact, this is a warning ...

I'm not talking about spending hours a day on social media.

I have managed that my online followers reach more than 700,000 people without each of them having to spend more than an hour a day online. Usually much less
