●    Strawberry shortcake: We love strawberries. Its tangy sweet tastes attract us every time. If you have strawberries at home, you can't decide what to do with them. Try this. Cut some strawberries into small pieces, and add some buttermilk and sugar. That is all.
●    Lemon ice: Lemon ice can refresh us in the hot summer. 2 cups of sugar and 1 cup of water must mix in a saucepan. Heat it and stir it. When the sugar dissolves, remove the heat and add lemon juice. Then freeze it for 8 hours. Your lemon ice is ready.
●    White chocolate fruit fudge: You may eat chocolate fudge. Have you ever eaten white chocolate fruit fudge? First, melt the chocolate in a bowl and add some condensed milk and melted butter. Add almonds, cashew nuts, and pistachios with it. Could you keep it in the refrigerator? Your white chocolate fruit fudge is ready.

You read correctly. Normally we know desserts have no health benefits as they contain sugar. You can have good health if you replace sugar with sugar-free or honey.
1. As fruit desserts contain lots of fruits, it is good for your skin.
2. Carbohydrates are good for our health. A fruit dessert is enriched with carbohydrates.
3. To have a fruit dessert is very joyful. Our brain's " serotonin" levels vary positively if we eat fruit desserts.

It is ok to have dessert every day. But remember your health. Health comes first. If you are a dessert lover, make a healthy dessert at your home. Skip sugar. Instead of sugar, use honey or brown sugar.
