After a recent national teaser advertisement launched by Shri Radha Sky garden Noida Extension on Sunday, these residential apartments in greater Noida have become hot property. This advertisement was not aired till the case of Noida Extension master plan was not sorted out. And now when everything is working in favour of the developer this teaser ad has done wonders by creating demand like never before. This property has become saleable overnight. Shri Radha Sky Garden noida is an epic project by Shri Group as this real estate group was not much known earlier to the launch of this phenomenal project.

This magnificent project has much demand in market even after that this project is being sold at dirt cheap prices. Noida Authority has made the decision to speed up the Town monitor venture to the place. While the venture, which will link Noida to Greater Noida via Noida Extension until Bodaki, has been in the direction for over a year, Authority CEO Rama Raman has made the decision to eliminate the old Specific Project Review (DPR) and get ready a clean one for the suggested 35km range. Sky garden Noida thus becomes connected to most of the cities of NCR though this new metro link.

This Town assistance will be designed on a Public Personal Collaboration (PPP) design separate of DMRC tasks suggested in the place. “Town assistance between Noida and Greater Noida is important because close to 1.5 Lac houses are required to come up in the place. Now that real estate tasks have started again, the Town too needs to be taken up so that once people begin living in Noida Extension they can acquire its services,” Raman said. The Authority has made the decision to go for a PPP design for the Town venture considering “high price.” The design has already been accepted by the local govt. and thus Shri Sky Garden has become a hub of such activities already.

There is a multiple strategy to link shri radha Sky Gardens Noida Extension and Greater Noida that is to be taken up by the Delhi Town monitor Organization and the Noida Authority whereby the present azure range will be prolonged from the industry 32 city centre to Greater Noida via places 51, 78, 101 in Noida and Dadri Street, Information Recreation area 2 and Pari Chowk in Greater Noida. However, the Greater Noida Authority statements that since this strategy does “not link all places in the location, the new 35 km long path has been organized.”
