Sarv Web Pvt. Ltd. is an artificial intelligence unified communication platform established in 2011. Sarv's idea was to improve the customer service of all types of business. Sarv was founded by 5 college friends and first offered an email service. At first, the focus was on only one service, and then the development of solutions began in our in-house development department. 

The company is based in Jaipur, with over 70+ employees. Sarv now offers the best customer service and also offers tools for large private companies and government agencies.  

With all these main services, Sarv also participated in the Innovation Challenge for Video Conferencing by MeitY, Govt. of India, which was introduced when Zoom's negative remark came into the market of data breach and leakage.  

With keeping this one point as an advantage, Sarv WAVE introduced itself with many more unique features in it. A few of them are briefed below: 

• On-premises: We all are worried about security and privacy in this era of the Internet. Everything is up in the cloud now, nothing is stored in your local drive. It is secure but most of the firms don’t want their personal data to be uploaded to third-party servers. So we introduced ‘on-premises setup’ for all our users. If you want, we will set up Sarv Wave onto your premises (your servers) and from that very moment, every data you make through our software, will be saved on your premises. No third party or our involvement will be there, related to data. We will take care of the software and the data is all yours. In short, Privacy one hundred percent.           

• Data-Saver: Who doesn't want to save data in this lockdown as people began to use the more internet extensively for entertainment. This means that the daily limit of the Internet is now not enough for everyone to use both for work and themselves. That led us to bring this function in this best video conferencing tool. Sarv WAVE can operate at low speed / Internet bandwidth of 128 kbit / s without compromising the quality of the conference. This consumes 55% less data than other software at the end of the WAVE meeting.   

• Made in India: From code to data storage centres, everything in the WAVE file comes from India. The IT team of Sarv has worked so well on this application from scratch. This method may not be fast, but it has certainly provided the quality that every industry in a video conferencing solution wants. Sarv made its software in such a way that never a single amount of data would ever have to leave India. This added another reassurance that their user base data is always safe in their country.    

• Whiteboard Screen Share: Meetings have one basic need - a presentation and a whiteboard screen. To achieve this, Sarv has added this feature that only works when the host or presenter shares their screen with others. WAVE saw this limitation and made a standalone whiteboard that works without sharing with others. Yes, this means that the screen can be shared, and the whiteboard can also be used to play at the same time. This allows its users to be more efficient and effective.

• Noise Cancellation: Conferences and meetings are always engaging if there is less disturbance. WAVE has an additional extension where if you add it to your browser, it will cancel the noise, and you will notice no disturbance. So, this can be an extra advantage for WAVE to get highlighted in the market.
