Early life

Rohit was born on 16th November 1985 and brought up in the Mewat city of Haryana. In the same city, he completed his early schooling and cultivated an interest in games like cricket. This was also the time when he developed an interest in wrestling. During his school time, Rohit was mesmerized by the physical fitness of an Indian movie star Salman Khan. This combined with his interest in wrestling took him to the gym right after starting his 10th-grade education.

With a homemaker mother and a government employee father, Rohit had complete support right from the beginning of his early bodybuilding interest. Along with his mother and father, he also found inspiration and motivation from his three cousins and two brothers. In fact, it was his cousins who drove his focus towards sports and workout.

Career

Rohit did not have much knowledge about bodybuilding initially. But, with his dedicated and determined mind, he kept on learning and gaining knowledge from other gym mates. Being an amateur initially presented some hurdles, as many gym mates used to avoid him. That is when Rohit decided to go pro by participating in contests. The hard work paid off and he won by beating his gym mates. This stardom brought fans who became the admirers of his excellent fitness and bodybuilding regime.

Major injury

Determined to reach the peak of his capacities, Rohit reached a level where his body started showing the signs of overwork and he got disk problem along with several minor back injuries. This restricted him to avoid gym training sessions for a while.

Recovery and a new start

After recovering from his injuries, Rohit came back to his original form and became the winner of the Sheru Classic contest. He also established himself as a bodybuilding icon on social media with a great response.

Jobs and diet

Along with his career as a bodybuilder, Rohit is also a personal trainer and invested energy in modeling and ad shoots.

Rohit believes in using natural dietary options to build a sustainable physique rather than using supplements.

Being a determined person and a bodybuilding enthusiast, Rohit wants to compete for Mr. Olympia and make youth more aware of the right way of bodybuilding.
