review of YRYM HT butcher paper for smoking

Made the best beef brisket I’ve ever smoked! Many guest asks, what in the heck kind of paper is that? It kept the meat juicy while still getting the Smokey Flavour. I think the roll could have been a little larger. Good quality, great for wrapping brisket to finish on the smoker. Anyone that knows anything about smoking brisket, knows you can get better more tender beef than when you wrap with this stuff! Works great for wrapping meat for the smoker. Only used once so far but am happy with the product and look forward to seeing how my bbq turns out. The product is as advertised. Using it to cover the back of picture and certificates frames. I bought the paper to wrap meat that I was smoking. The paper is a very thin weight not as thick as real butcher paper. Had to double up on it. Paper tore as fast as I tried to wrap the meat. he wasn't happy with the brisket after wrapping in paper but it had nothing to do with the product. He is looking forward to trying other recipes using this approach.

Smokes a couple rack of pork rib and this helped to make them on point ! Turned out great.... Foil works but YRYM HT butcher wrapping paper is better...…. Its worth a few bucks..... Wrapping in Pink butcher paper is so much better than foil. Great product. Easy to purchase and fast delivery. Wrapping meat while smoking. Beef ribs. Brisket. Its amazing using this butcher paper for brisket and any other meats to smoke. Great paper to have around, durable and has many uses. I use it mainly to wrap or cover food as I cook. Big roll. I have not used any of the product yet but appears to be good quality and as advertised. Although I have not had a chance to use this product yet, it seems to be of good quality. I used it to wrap a brisket. It was better than foil. I will continue to use this paper for my BBQ. I use it for my snake cages and works great. 

I purchased the brown craft butcher paper roll to use as wrapping paper for mailing items for my small business. The paper came on a sturdy roll, which is designed to be out on a roll for easy use. I don’t have that sort of set up, but I wish I did because it would make using this paper very easy. To date I have used this paper to wrap small boxes and it’s been fine for that purpose. The paper is not particularly thick, but as it is craft paper, and not technically wrapping paper, I can’t hold that against it. Over all I’m happy with my purchase: the quantity of paper makes it a good value, it comes on an easy roll dispenser, and can be used for multiple purposes. Given the amount of paper on the roll I won’t be needing to re-purchase anytime soon, but when I do I will certainly consider buying this again. This product worked great! I thought about getting the 18" paper but was very happy I purchased the 24". 

Happy with this extra wide butcher paper. I'm wrapping loaves of bread in the paper and it works really well. Super high quality, wide paper, and a lot of it. Ordered this, and used it last weekend worked out great. Comes on a big roll meant to be mounted on a dispenser (has end caps), so if you don't have that, be prepared to store it somewhere. This paper is great for table runner for son's rehearsal dinner. Exactly as expected. Good weight and quality. Great value. i think this product will work fine for me. Haven't used any yet, will report more later. Had to return product...too large, too much paper. Delivery was on time and I ordered the same brand paper in a smaller roll size. I've used pink and brown butcher paper and they both perform the same.I have not had a chance to use this product yet, but I am looking forward to trying it out when I barbecue a brisket. This was an excellent value as a local supplier was triple the price I paid.
