Proven Ways to Reduce Nicotine Level

by Andrew M. Vape Blogger

So, you've taken the first step toward quitting smoking by purchasing a vape pen.

The most effective method of quitting smoking is nicotine replacement therapy (NRT), and using an e-cigarette is the most pleasurable kind of NRT. This means that if you use a vape, you're much more likely to avoid cigarettes.

Because you're not inhaling the toxic chemicals included in cigarettes, vaping is estimated to be 95 percent less dangerous than smoking.

You won't be producing toxic secondhand smoke that can threaten your loved ones' health, and you won't have to deal with the unpleasant odours that come with smoking.

However, while nicotine is not inherently hazardous, many people no longer wish to be hooked to it and even the e-liquid brands try to come with vape juices with as low nicotine content as required.

Reduce Nicotine Consumption Gradually

I strongly advise you to use this method to limit your nicotine intake. Rather than quitting nicotine cold turkey or switching from a 20mg to a 3mg e-liquid all at once, you should ease into it.

Depending on your capacity to cope with these changes, you may choose to lower your nicotine intake a little each week or every couple of weeks.

The best advice is to adjust the strength of your e-liquid. Rather than simply using your gadget less, this is the simplest strategy to reduce your nicotine intake (as it can be difficult to monitor and control this).

You may, for example, use the following structure:

Week 1: e-liquid with 18 mg of nicotine. There should be no more than 100 puffs each day.

Week 2: e-liquid with 18 mg of nicotine. No more than 90 puffs per day are permitted.

3rd week: 12mg e-liquid There should be no more than 80 puffs each day.

4th week: 12mg e-liquid There should be no more than 70 puffs each day.

Week 5: E-liquid with 9mg. There should be no more than 60 puffs each day.

Week 6: E-liquid with 9mg. There should be no more than 50 puffs each day.

7th week: 6mg e-liquid There should be no more than 40 puffs each day.

Week 8: e-liquid with 6 mg of nicotine. No more than 30 puffs per day are permitted.

Week 9: e-liquid with 3 mg of nicotine. There should be no more than 20 puffs each day.

Week ten: 3mg e-juice No more than ten puffs per day are allowed.

And before you know it, it'll be too late.

And before you know it, you'll have gone from vaping an 18mg e-liquid 100 times per day to only vaping a 3mg e-liquid 10 times per day in just 10 weeks. This is a significant reduction in nicotine consumption, but you should be able to achieve it pretty quickly due to the gradual transition. The premium vape juices from the best e-liquid brands can help you in this case.

Use an E-liquid with a Higher PG Content.

A harder throat hit can be achieved by using a higher PG e-liquid. As a result, even if you're using a lesser strength e-liquid, it seems like you're using a higher strength.

Experiment with Tobacco Flavors Vaping

Tobacco flavours may assist in convincing your brain that you are smoking a real cigarette. This can give the impression that you're inhaling more nicotine than you actually are. The e-liquid brands that are best in the business have come with this idea and it works really well.

Maintain Your Commitment and Accountability

Most significantly, if you want to reduce your nicotine intake, you must remain determined and accountable.

  • Staying committed: If you want to win, you have to put your whole heart and soul into it. If you have a reason for doing this, reminding yourself of it on a regular basis is a terrific approach to stay motivated.

  • Making others accountable: Tell others what you plan to do and encourage them to check in with you to see if you're following through. This will keep you on track since you will not want to disappoint your peers or disappoint your loved ones.
