PRINCE2 - EFFECTIVE APPROACH TO PROJECT MANAGEMENT

PRINCE2 is a process based approach for project management providing scalable method for the organization for all types of projects. It promotes consistency of the project work and the ability to use the project resources and helps prepare carefully designed plans improving communication and control.  The Project plan can be defined as a formal, approved document used to manage and control project execution.
