The Level-3 Award in Education and Training (AET) that was formerly known as PTLLS is a basic qualification that is necessary in order to become a teacher as well as to flourish in any type of mentoring program. The level-3 Award in Education and Training makes you ready for the challenges of the teaching profession. You learn to develop the skills in teaching and learning through this course. You also learn how to make feasible plans for a session.

The Award in Education and Training program consists of three different units.

4) The first unit helps the participants understand the roles, relationships and responsibilities of an individual in training and education.

5) The second unit facilitates the development and the learning for individuals as well as groups.

6) The third unit helps participants understand the assessment of education and training along with the practices and principles of the assessment.

There are three types of crediting system available for each unit of Award in Education and Training program. The participants are supposed to receive three credits for the first unit, six credits for the second unit and three credits for the third unit. The level 3 AET training course is a fast-track training program that lasts for four days and the training institutes determine how to divide the time. Some institutes complete the training within four days and give additional assignments to the candidates to complete at home. Some training institutes divide the time of training within a few months. However, one thing remains the same in all types of training. The participants receive training through the microteaching sessions.

The microteaching is a practice where the teachers prepare and deliver a short teaching and learning session to the learners. The teachers also evaluate how the trainees perform in the real world at the end of this training in order to declare a participant to be successful.

The assessor TAQA course has also been divided in three units. You may be interested in building a career in assessment and internal quality assurance. The training program has been developed deliver the necessary skills that you may require in order to succeed in this field. The three units of this training program help a participant in three different ways.

A) The first unit helps a participant with understanding the principles as well as the practices of the assessment.

A participant receives six credits for the second and third units and three credits for the first unit of assessor training program that is delivered on the basis of one-to-one training.
