Practical Tips for an Effective Email Outreach Campaign

by Kristen White Blogger
We live in a world that is saturated with different mediums of communication that businesses can use to get their marketing information to potential customers. All those will claim to be effective in getting the message across, but when you ask the top branding companies in Dubai which they find most effective? The answer may be surprising, it is Email!

By an estimate, over 270 million emails are sent out every day and the results of marketing emails are astounding. It is believed that out of every dollar spent on email marketing with the help of top branding companies in Dubai, the business will receive $40 back. Not many mediums can boast of such return on investment. Not even social media can match the conversion rate of email marketing! This is why you need to consider this strategy besides looking for website design in UAE

However, why is it that there are still some people wondering why despite their efforts to implement email outreach campaigns, they do not see any ROI? Without an in-depth analysis of their campaigns, it may be hard to zero in on what may be going wrong.

Here are four tips certainly to make an impact on your outreach campaign:

Avoid Spam Folder by All Means

The success of an email campaign depends on the emails actually being opened and read. As we well know, however, messages will sit unread in the spam folder for ages until they are deleted one day. You probably have messages in your spam folder right now which you have never read since last year. You do not want that to be the fate of your marketing and backlinks request emails. So what can you do to prevent your emails from ending up in the spam folder?

A) Provide High-Value Content
One of the reasons people will mark a sender or a message as spam is because the information in the email is of no value to the recipient. Make sure you are telling the recipient something that they would want to hear and that is adding some value to them.

B) Use Opt-in Subscription
Do not force your communication on the recipient. The people who receive this marketing content need to have agreed to receive it otherwise they will simply mark your message as spam.

C) Clean Your List
Even after people subscribing to your list, some of them may still not open the emails, may have given you a wrong address, are no longer interested in the emails, and so on. Do not waste efforts on people who continuously do not open the emails and wrong addresses result in bounce backs which will have you blacklisted as a spammer. Remove such addresses.

D) Use a Professional Address and Signature
Someone may have met you and you exchanged business cards, but they are likely to forget, if you email them with an address like “sweetLilly2019@yahoo...” there is a fat chance you will be labeled spam. Use a company email address and sign off with your name, position, and contact number.

Personalize Emails
Technology has come a long way and we are now able to do a lot better than a generic greeting in our emails. Address each recipient by their first name. This will make them feel valued and like the message is designed purposely for them.
