As the urban lifestyle changes and we see increased involvement of men and women in household chores, we are also seeing how they are trying to experiment with lifestyle, whether it is food clothes or interiors. I think in addition to travel and TV what has greatly contributed towards this is the online world. Various online magazine sites and women magazine are constantly talking about different cuisine and culinary experiences. There are numerous food sites and digital magazine devoted to cooking, new ingredients, food reviews etc. The modern Indian couples are taking a lot of inspiration from these sources and are experimenting in kitchens. I think this is simply brilliant.

Cooking truly is a great stress buster. In addition to that if you want to develop your culinary expertise and imbibe the intricacies of different cuisines, you should go ahead. Cooking is not difficult, if you have a good taste, a basic understanding of how tastes and flavors blend you can create magic in the kitchen.
