Parallels Desktop 13: More than 30 new tools for perfect user experience

With the new Parallels Desktop 13 for Mac, Windows applications can now be integrated into the Mac Touch Bar and Mac people can use Windows People Bar.

Parallels Desktop 13 is compatible with both macOS High Sierra and Windows 10 features. Parallels Desktop 13 brings two worlds together: for MacBook Pro users now is available to add Windows appsinto Mac Touch Bar and use the Touch Bar in Windows applications. This makes Parallels Desktop 13 the first solution ever to bring Windows 10 People Bar to the Mac, with Mac Dock and Spotlight integration.

With just one click, the Parallels installation wizard automatically updates a Windows 10 virtual machine (VM) that can be purchased later. So, to start with Parallels Desktop 13 is easier than ever. Users can purchase and quickly install Windows 10 directly from Microsoft. Windows can be displayed (Full screen mode) or hidden as desired (Coherence mode). The Windows applications can be opened from the Mac Dock, Windows Start menu or Launch Pad - according to individual preferences.

One machine – two worlds

With Parallels Desktop 13, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and the most popular browsers such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer can be integrated into the Mac Touch Bar. Parallels Desktop 13 offers items pinned to the taskbar along with Cortana, active applications, and adjustments in the Touch Bar.

Windows tools are also included. Parallels Desktop 13 integrates the People Bar, Windows 10 feature that allows users to attach contacts to the taskbar.

Parallels Desktop for Mac Business Edition new features

New feature for Parallels Desktop for Mac Business Edition is the "Single Application" mode which is Customer-Inspired. It Enables IT administrators to deploy, lock and protect anunseen Windows VM with the applications that users choose on Mac Dock. This makes it easier for them to explore and use a Windows application as if it is a Mac app.

Clean drive - just free up space by cleaning unnecessary files.

Presentation mode - prevent unwanted notifications, private desktop files from showing up, and screen saver delays from showing up during the presentation.

Download Video - Download videos from YouTube, Facebook, and other websites with a single click so they can be viewed again at any time.

Find Duplicates - search all drives or folders to quickly find identical files (even if the name does not match) and free up space.

Record a video - record a video of the entire screen, window or selected area in one click, which can also include audio recorded via the computer’s microphone. 

There are available versions of Parallels Desktop 13 for Mac, for Mac Business Edition and for Mac Pro Edition. Free, full-featured, 14-day trial versions of Parallels Desktop 13 are also provided for download.

The price for Parallels Desktop 13 is $79.99. Parallels Desktop Pro and Business Editions are available for new customers at a price of 99.99 dollars per year.
