Our daily schedules are set according to on-campus education. Students’ satisfaction matters a lot in order to get their best performance. 

Expectations

This is a common psychological phenomenon in which we set expectations for any new thing that we have not used ourselves yet. If our expectations become too high from reality, we get disappointed by that thing. If students have expected that online courses can be an effective and time-saving way of learning, but if they find the reality opposite from this and online courses bring a lot of hard work, they might get influenced by it, and that will be shown through their progress, in fact, they search and pay someone to take my online course. They are not aware of the technical issues they face during online courses that affect their performance, leading to the slow progress of students. The mentor should know the unexpected issues too so they can deal with sudden matters efficiently and students will not face any inconvenience. Student-teacher interaction has the most important as the class environment is made by them.

Teachers are able to develop the interest of students through smart strategies. The way of teaching in online courses also counts in measuring students’ interests. When a mentor gives a lesson in such a way that students can’t resist getting involved, they show their best performance, but when pupils find the lessons boring, they take their online courses for granted and fulfill the formalities but don’t learn the effective lessons that work throughout their professional career too. If a teacher is smart enough to involve students in the lecture, they use strategies and tactics that attract students attracted to online line courses, and they enjoy what they learn. The involvement of students shows enhanced interest.

Communication

The major factor in online courses is the communication that might be between mentors to students or students to students. It becomes difficult in online teaching to clear queries of each student simultaneously while learners also hesitate in asking due to the consequences after interruption. It’s not a drawback factor as the communication may be improved to ensure fluent learning. The interruption also diverts the concentration of students and teachers as well.

Group study

There are many effective ways to teach students in class. Group study is one of them. During on-campus classes, it’s easier to promote group learning by dividing tasks collectively among groups of students. But in online courses, it’s not easy to check out students after dividing tasks into groups. The consequence is worst in an online class that results in students less involvement. 

Proving Skills

There is a competition for being the best among students in online courses that has both 

positive and negative aspects on students’ performance. Many of them get motivated by this competition and try to improve their progress in order to achieve their goal, but the rest of them get exhausted and decide to quit their online course because they are afraid of facing failure. 

Mindfulness

To spread good vibes during an online course class, there must be positivity from both sides. Students and mentors both need to put in their efforts without keeping any stress. Lack of mindfulness Causes damage to the learning environment.
